This End User License Agreement of the Sigma Informatics (the "License") is a legally binding agreement between you (whether natural or legal) and Sigma Informatics relating to any Sigma Informatics software product that includes computer software and may include related storage media, printed matter, and online (online) or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT").
Any software provided with the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and having a separate end-user license is granted under the terms of this license. If you install, copy, download, access or otherwise use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you declare that you agree to the terms of this License and are bound by them.
If you do not agree with the terms of this License, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. You can, however, return it to the point of sale, from which you purchased it, for a full refund.
PRODUCT SOFTWARE LICENSE
THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by laws and international conventions on copyright, as well as other related laws and conventions. Only the license of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is granted. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is not sold.
1. LICENSE LICENSE
This License entitles you to:
Application Software. You may install, use, access, display, perform or otherwise work ("EXECUTE") with a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any previous version for the same operating system on a single computer, workstation.
Store / Network use. You may also store or install a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in a storage medium such as a network server that will be used only to EXPLOIT THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT to your other COMPUTER COMPUTERS via an internal network.
However, you must obtain and assign a License for each ELECTRONIC COMPUTER in which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is executed from the storage medium. A license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be shared or used at the same time in different ELECTRONIC COMPUTERS.
Reserved Rights. Sigma Informatics reserves all rights not expressly granted.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
Software not intended for resale. You do not have the right to resell or generally transfer against the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, regardless of what is stated in other sections of this License. Excluding the dealers of the company following a specific written agreement.
Restrictions on reverseengineering and rebuilding of source or object code (decompilation or disassembly). You may not reverse engineer, reverse engineer the decomposition or disassembly of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except as and to the extent that such activities are expressly permitted by applicable law despite the above limitation .
Separation of components.
The License applies to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as a single product. It is not allowed to separate its components for use in more than one COMPUTER COMPUTER.
Trademarks.
This License does not grant you any right with respect to any Sigma Informatics product or service brands.
Lease.
It is forbidden to rent, lease or borrow the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
Support services.
Sigma Informatics may provide support services related to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT ("Support Services"). The use of Support Services is subject to Sigma Informatics policy and institutionalized programs as described in the user's manual, on-line documentation, and / or other material provided by Sigma Informatics.
Any supplemental software code provided to you under the Support Services will be considered part of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and will be subject to the terms and conditions of this License. As for the technical information you provide to Sigma Informatics for Technical Support purposes, Sigma Informatics is entitled to use them for business purposes, including product support and development. Sigma Informatics will not use this technical information to disclose your identity or your customers.
3. UPGRADES.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT indicates that it is an upgrade version, you must have the required license to use the product identified by Sigma Informatics as a product suitable for upgrading. A SOFTWARE PRODUCT labeled "Upgrade" replaces and / or completes (and can disable) the product that formed the basis of your permissions to use this upgrade. You may use the resulting upgraded product only in accordance with the terms of this License.
If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade to a component of a software package for which you have been licensed as a single product, the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used and transferred only as part of that single product package and may not be segregated for use to more than one COMPUTER COMPUTER.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All rights titles included in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including, but not limited to, images, animations, videos, sounds, music, text, and applets embedded in the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), printed materials accompanying it, on any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, as well as the intellectual property rights relating to all above, belong to Sigma Informatics or its suppliers.
All rights and intellectual property rights contained in the content that can be accessed through the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are the property of the respective owner of the content and may be protected by applicable laws and conventions on copyright or other laws and conventions about copyright protection. This License does not grant you any right to use this content.
If this SOFTWARE PRODUCT contains documentation provided only in electronic form, you may print a copy of this online documentation. You do not have the right to reproduce the printed material accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
5. LIABILITY
Sigma Informatics is not in any way liable to the customer for any direct or indirect damage or damage resulting from or associated with the use or inability to use the software package or its programs. Sigma Informatics does not guarantee either the completeness of the information contained in the software package or the absolute accuracy of these in any of its programs. Also, Sigma Informatics does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of its software or the immediate restoration of its proper and complete operation in the event of malfunction or malfunction.
6. SOFTWARE IN TWO STORAGE INSTRUMENTS.
You may receive the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in more than one storage medium. You may not lend, rent, lease or otherwise transfer any storage media to anyone except in the event of a definitive transfer of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT with the written permission of Sigma Informatics.
7. BACKGROUND SECURITY COPY.
After installing a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under this License, you may retain the original storage medium to which the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided by Sigma Informatics for backup or archiving purposes only.
If the original storage medium is required for the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT in the COMPUTER, you are entitled to make a copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT only for purposes of backup or archiving purposes.
The courts of Larissa are competent courts for the settlement of any dispute concerning the interpretation and application of this Agreement.
