You can use this tool to convert domain names from Unicode to Punycode (
see RFC 3490) and vice versa, as they can be used with various Domain Names Registers.
Keep in mind, however, that not all Unicode characters are supported by all the Registries, and this should always be mentioned in the documentation of each Registry separately.
For example, Registries for domain names with .gr, .ελ, .eu, .ευ support all characters, while the Registry for .com, .net does not support the "ς" character.
The Punycode format is the one to be used in the DNS (Domain Name System).
